Although the winter holidays are here, Florida boaters are still hitting the water… so why not combine the two? Brevard County brings that idea to life with its annual holiday boat parades!
Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, Titusville, and Port Canaveral showcase these dazzling displays of light during the annual parades each year. Enjoy the usual holiday parade with a twist, as these boats decked out with lights reflect beautifully off of the water. It’s a holiday parade like you have never seen before!
Here is a Full List of Brevard County Holiday Boat Parades:
Cocoa Beach Holiday Boat Parade
The Cocoa Beach boat parade will take place on Saturday, December 10th, starting at 6:00 PM! Starting from marker 101 near Constitution Bicentennial park, some of the best viewing spots for this parade are the Sunset Cafe, or Wildlife Watersports.
The Merritt Island boat parade will be taking place on Saturday, December 17th and will form near the Hubert Humphery bridge at dusk. From there, these boats travel through the residential canals of sykes creek before ending their route to the north of SR 528.
Titusville and Port Canaveral
Plans for the Titusville and Port Canaveral boat parades are still being discussed, and we will do our best to update this post as soon as new information is released. Those who wish to follow along with the boat parade schedule, or those who wish to seek out other festivities in the Florida area may reference Florida by Water, an active list of currently scheduled and upcoming parades.
From all of us here at Harbortown Marina, we wish you a happy holiday season and hope that you enjoy some of the most festive boats Brevard County has to offer!
