Harbortown Marina – Canaveral Upgrades Underway!

Harbortown Marina – Canaveral was more than excited to add a new position to our team at the beginning of December, hiring a full time carpenter to work on dock repairs around the marina! Since then, you may have noticed new dock boards being put in from dock to dock– replacing some of our older boards as we go. By doing this, we hope to provide our customers with a new fresh look to their surrounding docks, while maintaining a safe and updated marina!

For every new dock board we install, a finger pier board is left over in the excess wood. This has allowed Harbortown Marina – Canaveral to not only replace our older finger piers, but to also begin extending them. As we await our next shipment of dock boards, we have begun extending finger piers from 24” to 30”!

Our marina staff is continuing to work hard towards keeping Harbortown Marina – Canaveral THE place to be! We hope to continue finding new ways to make our residents feel at home while working around the marina.
