Each year, marinas across the country celebrate National Marina Day — a day dedicated to showcasing the vital role marinas play in recreation, community connection, and environmental stewardship. At Grand Harbor Resort and Marina, we were proud to host our own celebration on June 8, 2024, welcoming boaters, families, and friends for a day filled with lakefront fun and Southern hospitality.
The 2024 event featured:

- Complimentary safety inspections and giveaways
- Ship’s store discounts on apparel and gear
- Kids’ activities and lakeside games
As a premier destination on Pickwick Lake, Grand Harbor used the day to spotlight the incredible boating community that continues to make our marina a favorite among locals, seasonal guests, and Great Loop cruisers. It was a great opportunity to meet new faces, celebrate loyal slipholders, and highlight the services and amenities that make Grand Harbor such a special place to stay and play.
